Warranty, DOA & Returns Policy

Clear, fair, and documented policies for wholesale transactions

Policy Overview

This policy outlines how warranty, DOA (Dead on Arrival), and returns are handled at SPC Markets. It exists to protect both buyers and sellers and to ensure smooth, professional execution of wholesale transactions.

All policies are designed for wholesale and clearance transactions, not traditional retail purchases.

Product Condition

All products supplied by SPC are:

  • Brand-new and original unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Tested before shipment where applicable
  • Supplied under manufacturer or supplier-backed terms

SPC does not sell refurbished or used equipment unless clearly disclosed in writing.

Manufacturer Warranty

Where applicable:

  • Products carry the manufacturer's factory warranty
  • Warranty duration varies by brand and model (e.g., 180 days)
  • Warranty begins from the date of shipment

Warranty claims are handled according to manufacturer policy, not retail marketplace rules. SPC assists with documentation and guidance but does not override manufacturer decisions.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

A product is considered DOA if it:

  • Fails to power on
  • Shows critical hardware failure
  • Is non-functional upon first use

DOA Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must include clear photos and/or video evidence
  • Must include serial number visibility
  • Must include description of the issue

Claims made after 48 hours will not qualify as DOA.

DOA Resolution Options (If Verified):

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Repair through manufacturer, or
  • Credit applied toward future purchase (clearance dependent)

SPC reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on stock status and supplier rules.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of wholesale and clearance transactions:

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer error
  • Compatibility issues
  • Import taxes or customs decisions
  • Market price fluctuations
  • Clearance stock after allocation

All sales are considered final once allocated and shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds are:

  • Not available on clearance items unless explicitly stated
  • Not available for partial payments
  • Not available once shipment has been dispatched

Any refund eligibility must be:

  • Confirmed in writing
  • Reflected on the invoice
  • Approved by SPC management

Shipping & Damage in Transit

All shipments are:

  • Professionally packed
  • Shipped via insured, trackable carriers

If physical damage occurs during transit:

  • Claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photos of packaging and product required
  • Carrier claims are handled case-by-case

Customs, Duties & Local Regulations

SPC is not responsible for:

  • Import taxes, VAT, or duties
  • Customs delays or holds
  • Local compliance requirements

Buyers are responsible for ensuring products are legal to import and operate in their country.

Clearance & Special Offers

Products sold under:

  • Clearance
  • Bulk liquidation
  • Buy-X-Get-Y offers

Are subject to strict final-sale terms unless otherwise stated in writing. No retroactive adjustments will be made.

Buyer Responsibility

By placing an order with SPC, the buyer confirms:

  • Understanding of wholesale terms
  • Acceptance of verification limits
  • Awareness of final-sale conditions
  • Compliance with payment and reporting timelines

Failure to follow reporting procedures or timelines voids eligibility for DOA consideration, warranty assistance, or claims support.

Why This Policy Exists
