Payments & Pricing Transparency
Clear explanations of our pricing model and payment processes
How SPC Pricing Works
Why Our Prices Are Not Retail
SPC operates under a wholesale, surplus, and clearance fulfillment model. Our pricing may reflect:
- Manufacturer surplus or overstock
- Contract overruns
- Bulk liquidation inventory
- Certified renewed or excess units
- Volume-based sourcing agreements
You are paying for verified product allocation + delivery. Not retail storefront overhead, marketing markups, or in-store handling costs.
Accepted Payment Methods
How Payments Are Handled
To maintain operational efficiency and global access, SPC accepts approved digital payment methods only.
Payment details are never requested informally.
All payments are:
- Issued via official invoice
- Linked to a specific allocation
- Processed under documented terms
Any request outside an official invoice should be considered invalid.
What We Do Not Accept
For clarity and protection on both sides, SPC does not support:
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- Partial or split payments
- Live inspections or in-person pickup
- Informal transfers without invoice
These policies exist to:
- Prevent fraud
- Maintain allocation fairness
- Avoid shipment delays or disputes
Invoices & Documentation
What Your Invoice Includes
Every SPC invoice contains:
- Company identification details
- Product description & condition
- Quantity and unit pricing
- Shipping method
- Transaction reference
- Payment instructions
Invoices are issued before payment and form the official transaction record.
Taxes, Duties & External Fees
SPC does not control:
- Import duties
- Customs taxes
- Port or handling charges imposed by authorities
Any such fees are:
- Determined by local regulations
- The responsibility of the buyer
- Not included unless explicitly stated on the invoice
Transparency here avoids conflict later.
Our Commitment
SPC commits to:
- Clear communication
- Written terms only
- Documented processes
- No hidden charges
- No last-minute changes
Who This Model Is For:
- Informed buyers
- Businesses and resellers
- Buyers comfortable with wholesale fulfillment
- Customers prioritizing value and verification
We do not pressure customers to proceed. We provide information — you decide.
