Placing an Order
How to Place an Order
- Browse products and add items to your cart
- Click the cart icon and review your items
- Click "Proceed to Checkout"
- Enter or confirm your shipping address
- Select your preferred payment method
- Review your order summary and click "Place Order"
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately

How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Orders" or "Profile" β "Orders"
- Click on the order you want to track
- View real-time tracking information
- Click "Track Shipment" for detailed logistics updates
Order Status Meanings
Pending
Order received, awaiting payment confirmation
Processing
Payment confirmed, preparing your items for shipment
Shipped
Order dispatched, tracking number provided
Delivered
Package successfully delivered to your address
Cancelled
Order cancelled, refund initiated if payment was made
Tracking Number Not Working?
If your tracking number isn't showing updates:
- Wait 24-48 hours after shipment for carrier system updates
- Check if you're using the correct carrier website
- Verify the tracking number is entered correctly
- Contact support if no updates after 48 hours

We currently ship to:
- All 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- Canada (duties and taxes may apply)
- UK and EU countries
- Australia and New Zealand
- Select countries in Asia and Middle East
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes for high-value electronics.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:
- Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Declared value will match your invoice amount
- Delays may occur during customs clearance
- Contact your local customs office for specific duty rates
Common Shipping Issues
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed:
- Check tracking for carrier updates
- Weather and holidays can cause delays
- Contact carrier directly for location-specific issues
- Contact us if delivery is 5+ days past estimated date
Wrong Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address:
- Contact us immediately if order hasn't shipped
- We can update address before dispatch
- Once shipped, contact the carrier to redirect
- Address changes may incur additional fees
Package Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for delivery notices or safe drop locations
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact carrier to file a claim
- Contact us within 48 hours for investigation
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and damage
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
- Keep all items until claim is resolved
