Creating & Setting Up Your Account

How to Create an Account

  1. Click "Sign Up" or "Register" in the top right
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Or sign up with Google for instant access
  4. Verify your email address (check spam folder)
  5. Complete your profile information
  6. Start shopping!

Profile Information

Complete your profile for better experience:

  • Full name (for shipping and invoices)
  • Phone number (for delivery updates)
  • Default shipping address
  • Billing address (if different)
  • Business information (for wholesale accounts)

Account Types

Personal Account

For individual buyers, standard pricing, personal invoices

Business Account

For companies, bulk pricing, VAT invoices, credit terms available

Wholesale Account

For resellers, volume discounts, dedicated account manager

Account Security

Password Management

To change your password:

  1. Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Security
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter and confirm new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Password Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Forgot Password?

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check email for reset link (check spam)
  4. Click link and create new password
  5. Log in with new password

Reset links expire after 1 hour for security.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add extra security to your account:

  1. Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Security
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Choose SMS or Authenticator App
  4. Follow setup instructions
  5. Save backup codes in safe place

Highly recommended for accounts with wallet balance or saved payment methods.

Suspicious Activity

If you notice unauthorized access:

  • Change your password immediately
  • Enable 2FA if not already active
  • Review recent orders and activity
  • Contact support immediately
  • Check for unauthorized saved payment methods

Email & Notification Settings

Managing Email Preferences

Control what emails you receive:

  1. Go to Profile β†’ Notification Settings
  2. Toggle email preferences on/off
  3. Choose notification frequency
  4. Save changes

Email Types

Transactional (Cannot Unsubscribe)

  • Order confirmations
  • Shipping updates
  • Password resets
  • Account security alerts

Marketing (Optional)

  • Promotional offers
  • New product announcements
  • Retail moment alerts
  • Newsletter

Change Email Address

  1. Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Account
  2. Click "Change Email"
  3. Enter new email address
  4. Verify with password
  5. Confirm via email sent to new address

Not Receiving Emails?

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Add support@spcmarkts.com to contacts
  • Verify email address in account settings
  • Check email provider isn't blocking us
  • Contact support if issue persists

Wallet & KYC Verification

Wallet Overview

Your wallet allows you to:

  • Store funds for instant checkout
  • Receive refunds and cashback
  • Earn rewards on purchases
  • Withdraw to bank account (with KYC)

Adding Funds to Wallet

  1. Go to Wallet page
  2. Click "Add Funds"
  3. Enter amount
  4. Choose payment method (card or crypto)
  5. Complete payment
  6. Funds available instantly

KYC Verification Levels

Level 1 - Basic (Email Verified)

Shop and add funds, no withdrawal

Level 2 - Verified (Phone + ID)

Withdraw up to $1,000/month

Level 3 - Enhanced (Full KYC)

Unlimited withdrawals, business features

How to Complete KYC

  1. Go to Wallet β†’ KYC Verification
  2. Choose verification level
  3. Upload required documents (ID, proof of address)
  4. Take selfie for identity verification
  5. Submit for review
  6. Approval within 24-48 hours

Account Settings

Saved Addresses

Manage shipping addresses:

  • Add multiple addresses for different locations
  • Set a default shipping address
  • Edit or delete saved addresses
  • Add address nicknames (Home, Office, etc.)

Saved Payment Methods

Manage payment cards:

  • Save cards for faster checkout
  • Set default payment method
  • Remove old or expired cards
  • All card data is encrypted and secure

Order History

Access your complete order history:

  • View all past orders
  • Download invoices
  • Track current shipments
  • Reorder previous purchases
  • Leave product reviews

Wishlist

Save items for later:

  • Add products to wishlist
  • Get price drop notifications
  • Share wishlist with others
  • Move items to cart when ready

Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account:

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone

  • All personal data will be permanently deleted
  • Order history will be anonymized
  • Wallet balance must be withdrawn first
  • Active orders must be completed or cancelled
  • You cannot create a new account with same email for 90 days

To delete your account, contact support with your request. We'll verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
